A hardy cedar variety best used for hedging. Black Cedars flat, dark green foliage and grow in a broad columnar shape. Easily shaped or pruned, grows a minimum of 8 to 10 feet tall. Can grow up 20 feet tall and 7 feet wide if space allows

Prefers full sun, but will tolerate some shade. Cedars must be planted in soil that does not dry out.
